These guys are self-ranking so hard its getting embarrassing for them. Chi Phi is sinking ship rn and its going down pretty fast. They got a poor on accreditation last year and earned one of the lowest house GPAs. This year, they have had multiple life-safety violations, including one by their president, and beat up some TX kid at their registered, still facing repercussions from that. If youre a freshman look at any other middle tier house, they all would be a better option.

Everyone likes them, even themselves. Try hard winners who were sick in high school. They have a dope brotherhood and fight each other every night

Very chill group of guys. They don't care what others think of them and have one of the best brotherhoods I've seen on the hill. Parties are lit`don't get wild till later usually but always a good time!

Definitely a upper middle tier house on the rise, parties are usually pretty good but they don't have them with a whole lot of upper tier sororities. Solid house though
