Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Lehigh University - LU 4.8 Was barely a party house 4 years ago (chi phi, along with fiji, were the top two houses at lehigh forever until a few years ago when both got in trouble, unfortunatly fiji is gone now RIP). Since then they have gone from the very bottom to now a solid top of the middle/bottom top tier frat. They get a ton of hate on here but they arent the same house anymore at all and anyone can tell you that. Parties are always fun, and for some reason so many girls on campus date these guys

MIDDLE TIER

Was barely a party house 4 years ago (chi phi, along with fiji, were the top two houses at lehigh forever until a few years ago when both got in trouble, unfortunatly fiji is gone now RIP). Since then they have gone from the very bottom to now a solid top of the middle/bottom top tier frat. They get a ton of hate on here but they arent the same house anymore at all and anyone can tell you that. Parties are always fun, and for some reason so many girls on campus date these guys

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Lehigh University - LU 4.0 Definitely a upper middle tier house on the rise, parties are usually pretty good but they don't have them with a whole lot of upper tier sororities. Solid house though

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Lehigh University - LU 1.8 These guys are self-ranking so hard its getting embarrassing for them. Chi Phi is sinking ship rn and its going down pretty fast. They got a poor on accreditation last year and earned one of the lowest house GPAs. This year, they have had multiple life-safety violations, including one by their president, and beat up some TX kid at their registered, still facing repercussions from that. If youre a freshman look at any other middle tier house, they all would be a better option.
