Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Lehigh University - LU 4.0 Definitely a upper middle tier house on the rise, parties are usually pretty good but they don't have them with a whole lot of upper tier sororities. Solid house though

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Lehigh University - LU 1.8 These guys are self-ranking so hard its getting embarrassing for them. Chi Phi is sinking ship rn and its going down pretty fast. They got a poor on accreditation last year and earned one of the lowest house GPAs. This year, they have had multiple life-safety violations, including one by their president, and beat up some TX kid at their registered, still facing repercussions from that. If youre a freshman look at any other middle tier house, they all would be a better option.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Lehigh University - LU 3.6 Very chill group of guys. They don't care what others think of them and have one of the best brotherhoods I've seen on the hill. Parties are lit`don't get wild till later usually but always a good time!
