Junior PNM question

Yes, you can get a bid. There is a separate quota for upperclassmen so you are not competing with freshmen for spots. You will be in your own group with other upperclassmen rushing. Remember that quota is a maximum limit, not a minimum requirement, so no chapter has to take upperclassmen if they don't feel there's a good fit, but there is 'room'. The rumors about 'national rules' excluding juniors or any upperclassmen are not true for NPC sororities; any chapter is free to bid a junior or not.
Keep in mind that juniors aren't exactly top of the list because they won't be there for the full four years, and your options will be influenced by your GPA, if you might have some friends in chapters pulling for you, and how you connect with members during rounds 2 and 3.
See who you get back for round 2 and go for it! Those chapters are interested in you! At that point, rush confidently with no excuses or apologies, sell yourself, make personal connections, and if you have a favorite by round 3 then tell them. Hope this helps.

One more thing:
If you stick with it, and get to pref, in addition to the houses you are visiting take a good look at the other girls attending, as those might be your new member class. See how you feel around them.
As an upper classman, you will be hanging out a lot with those girls for the first semester.
Finally, we had two girls who were juniors in my new member class (one transfer, one UGA junior). They fit in well, and both were in leadership positions (which went with their personalities). After we became active, they spent more time with older girls in the chapter.
