Yes, you can get a bid. There is a separate quota for upperclassmen so you are not competing with freshmen for spots. You will be in your own group with other upperclassmen rushing. Remember that quota is a maximum limit, not a minimum requirement, so no chapter has to take upperclassmen if they don't feel there's a good fit, but there is 'room'. The rumors about 'national rules' excluding juniors or any upperclassmen are not true for NPC sororities; any chapter is free to bid a junior or not. Keep in mind that juniors aren't exactly top of the list because they won't be there for the full four years, and your options will be influenced by your GPA, if you might have some friends in chapters pulling for you, and how you connect with members during rounds 2 and 3. See who you get back for round 2 and go for it! Those chapters are interested in you! At that point, rush confidently with no excuses or apologies, sell yourself, make personal connections, and if you have a favorite by round 3 then tell them. Hope this helps.
