Frat rankings looking back at my 4 years

I just graduated and decided to look at Greek rank one last time to rank my fav frats. Here they are!
SAE- Has the biggest party of the year but I don’t really like these guys as people
ChiPhi- cool house and also throws the biggest parties
KA- decently nice guys and they hang with good sororities
Sigma Chi- good pull on campus
SNU- good parties and cool guys
FIJI DSig ATO Pikapp Pike - now it gets tricky bc all these guys are so similar. No particular order here, it’s just preference
SigEp BYX- super nice guys but almost too baby to
Lambda chi, theta chi- some nice guys

You stole the words right from my mouth, Lambda just rechartered like 2 years ago they only just got their house back last fall. This is probably the same OX from another school trying to inflate his frats rep, judging by them throwing OX in anywhere near mid. Both are low tier.
