GENUINELY frat ranking for incoming freshmen

TOP - DU: currently touse, great parties and relations with every sorority

MID -DKE: okay-ish, good party layout and decent relations but iffy past
-ADPhi: was lowkey irrelevant last year but could redeem themselves, decent brotherhood
-Zeta: okay but pretty overrated, decent networking but zero relations, weird brothers and mid parties

BOUSE: -PhiKap: the aoii of frats. poorly run, super weird brothers, just generally a bunch of freaks. house is a weird layout also
-Beta: self-explanatory
-Sig: needs at least 30 more people but actually has potential, house is a great layout for parties and some good guys
-Fiji: good guys but slipping into irrelevance

Not worth mentioning: KA, Phidelt

Avoid at all costs: Lambda and TDX (lowkey phikap too)
