Any new chapters colonizing

Just out of curiosity, are there any expansion talks going on? With such a huge increase in recruitment numbers it seems like a good time.

No, there aren't enough girls yet to justify another sorority. It seems like you're another sorority that is trying to colonize here. We won't take another chapter until all of our chapters are healthy and doing well. Don't rush it - all in good time.

Why in the world would ANY National want to colonize when we have a perfectly good national sorority who can’t seem to hang onto girls? Different letters don’t make a difference. If people want another sorority to colonize, then we have to show that there is a need and right now, that need isn’t there. If it were, ALL houses would be full and they aren’t. And it’s not JUST AOPi. There are other houses struggling to get to chapter total.

this is the dummest thing I've read around here in a while. Panhellenic has to invite a new colony and why would they when 500 pnms drop out rather than go to a chapter that they think they're too good for

Most houses had to give out snap bids because so many girls dropped… we definitely don’t need any expansion
