Chi Omega is a highly desirable house during recruitment. They are high scores in academics and leadership and that is unlikely to change. However, their recruitment process is questionable and you have to have inside connections. Private summer parties are held which break every recruitment rule. If you aren't invited remember there are many other great choices. In fact, their membership is rather random and there are internal clicks due to this process.
