They have moved up in a real way above those old houses that depend on a rank they didn't earn from years ago and are too lazy to keep up. Zeta should be really proud!

I think they always have the best time and all of the girls I have met- which I admit have not been a ton- have been nice. I also really think they have one of the best volunteer works along with achio

They are not resting on past reputation but have a balance of tradition and working to improve their house and it shows.
