Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at Texas Christian University - TCU 3.0 Theta used to be a top house, and yes they're good in grades, but honestly they're not even close to top tier anymore. You never see any of them out and they're too focused on grades, but if thats what you're into then go for it!
