Chi O's seem very nice from the few I have met, they love their sorority and always see them on campus wearing their shirts. I have heard good and bad about their rush process, but hopefully they got a great pledge class this year. Best of luck to them in the future!

Bottom line you can't have a bunch of Alumna pick the pledge class, it doesn't work. During recruitment the girls have to make bonds and connections having them pre picked will never make the group strong or very good. Their secret it pretty much out and word has gotten round so Alumna let the chapter pick their own pledge class.

a few attract girls but they have way too much attitude for the groups own good believe what they say during rush and 90% of the time you find out its a lie how is this a top group that you want as sisters?

Best advise for PNMs is to keep on movin. Nothing about this chapter is transparent, honest or 21st century. There are other strong academic houses to choose from and that's their main attribute. No arguing they were the top house during the last decade but the deceitful rush games has in recent years resulted in a random mix of girls with internal cliques. Agree with the post below!

Once a top group that has fallen because people are sick of the lies during rush and pompous attitudes. This has dropped their popularity and is very low class. Only a handful of their girls are attractive. One of the most mixed up chapters we have. The Chi O Cult of "We are first" is so old news.They still deserve respect for their academics and involvement but the other issues bring their standings down,

Once the undisputed top house years ago. They still are one of the best academic houses but the view of this chapter has fallen. Dishonest rush and cult closed off attitudes have made it harder to get the type of girls they once had.
