Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 4.6 Coming from a sorority's perspective, SAE is definitely one of the top three. Not only is the social aspect great, but the guys are gentlemanly and adorable.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 2.4 They used to be pretty good here, but the past pledge classes have sucked. They're so focused on giving bids to Texas kids, and that's why this years pledge class was pretty bad. Going downhill fast. Wouldn't call them top tier anymore.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 1.0 They used to be really good, but they get worse every year. Their 2012 pledge class was god awful and they're having a lot of issues with money and member retention..
