Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 1.0 They promise bids to people and tell them that they are known for throwing all the time. But day of bid signing they pulled bids from all my friends and then proceeded to throw once a semester. I would definitely rush phi kapp instead
