NEW ON GREEKRANK

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 4.8 While they don't have the wealth that is necessary to be "top tier", they do seem to have one of the closest and most diverse brotherhoods on campus. They don't appear too concerned with competing against other frats and their brothers seem to be very well liked and involved on campus. Definitely moving up this year
