Top Tier... Interchangeable for the most part with each other... Like you wouldn't pick one over another because of a rank... Just where you want to be...
1) KAT... Pretty, popular, academic, tough to get a bid
2) KKG... Cute, popular, involved, tough to get a bid
3) DDD... Cute, high achievers, involved, tough to get a bid
4) PBP... Pretty, involved, fun, tough to get a bid
Middle Tier... Interchangeable for the most part... Go where you feel loved...
5) GPB... Academic, involved, philanthropic, nice girls
6) AXO... Sweet, girl next door types, cute, likable
7) DG... Attractive, laid-back, fun, likable
8) A Phi... Attractive, fun, party girls, laid back
Bottom Tier
9) AOPi... On the rise, great fresh class, likable, laid back
10) Chi-O... Only snap bid house for 4 years, not liked by anyone or even each other
11) AGD... Will do better when they have a house, everyone likes them though and they are well respected on campus

When you see a ranking like this you know that someone is insecure enough that she has to post that her house is on top, even if it isn't. Girls! OU's greek system is good enough that there is room for a lot of great houses. You don't need to keep posting ranks -- girls already go where they feel at home. Or didn't you know that???

OP was generally very respectful in her posting of most of the houses. (There was that one dig at #10, I wish we could just stop,with that topic...) As it is a RANKING site, it's totally appropriate to post her opinion on rank. I really like to see the opinions and the descriptions of the houses, as long as they aren't insulting. I think we all get bored with the inane mudslinging.
Hopefully we all know that the greek system at OU is very strong and that all of the houses are very good. It just depends on where you fit in best.
You should post your own ranking if you disagree with hers.
Side note: if she was a KAT as you suggest, I'm sure she's not insecure about her house ranking. The thetas are doing just fine at OU- and no I'm not a theta.

She must of hit a nerve. return rates say it all and this does not reflect return rates. Period of story. That would be an "objective" measure.

I think it is the best ranking I have seen on here. I would have put my house higher like I'm sure others would do. However, the op left it open by saying interchangeable. I also have no idea which house would have written it because it is fairly accurate on descriptions.

I think I would have made a few shifts in tiers, but since this is base on personal opinion it is just that. Everyone is entitled to one. The need to continuously post and argue someone's opinion when it differs is the problem with this site. Some take great offense to an opinion that does not agree with theirs.

totally agree and isn't it funny house "10"has too many girls and is not spring recruiting but that doesn't stop the jealous girls from constantly ranting about them on this site and really shouldn't the jealous haters concentrate on their own spring recruitment

Some Pi Phis made some regrettable decisions lately, but I don't think they can ever be knocked out of the top four. It's always going to be KAT, DDD, PBP and KKG in varying order year after year. It's also hard to say XO isn't always in the top 5.
(Please don't get in a XO hate rant, I'm not XO, I'm just stating my opinion.)

You are definitely entitled to your opinion, unfortunately return rates do support your opinion. Let the girls going through rush decide for themselves.

Chi O is not a bottom house but they aren't a top house either. In fact, they're below several mid tier houses too. It is so uncomfortable that they keep insisting that they're a top house. If their representative that lives on greek rank would just spend some time at recruitment, she'd know how ludicrous it is to say Chi O is a top house.

I think the only reason people still place them mid tier is on tradition. I went through last year and have to say they were one of the bottom houses for those of us going through. They may have had ok return rates but only because girls had gotten let go from other houses and had to go back to them.
