While DDD is top tier I'd have to say that people rush them for the name and status. Almost every DDD I know are miserable or had wished they had gone KD/XO. "As they say, the love is only there on bid day"

I gave them middle tier because even though they have a great appearance, they are a mess inside! If you are not from a private school in MS, you might be a little stressed on bid day when you realise that they all went to high school and already have cliques... You rush them for the name, not the sisterhood, and it isn't much of a secret. Some great girls, and some really really mean ones. Not all bad, not all good either!

Although these girls are considered "top" tier, its sad when the main criteria of membership is having a prominent family with a big bank account. If that's what floats your boat, then this sorority is perfect for you. If you want real sisterhood, and you want to be looked at for your integrity instead of your money, go elsewhere..

This chapter is very diverse. You could not stereotype the Tri Delta Chapter. They have girls in Phi Beta Kappa, Business Honoraries, and even engineering. They have gorgeous girls who are talented (Miss University), party girls who are happy just to make a 2.5 but have a good time, and they have leaders on campus. Their house is warm a inviting. They are usually very gracious and good social skills. Even the girls who are outstanding and beautiful are pretty down to earth.

Although they are referred to as top tiered here, a lot disagree. All they care about is money and who is better than one another. They are very stuck up and are not very welcoming to others. I have met some nice DDDs but overall I did not like them. Cut them first round. Also, how many freshman have had alcohol poisoning in this years pledge class already? Sure making a name for themselves.

Desired for the letters but many more incidents like "rebel ride bloody girl" and they'll be tossing snap bids like crazy! Not one of that poor girls sisters helped her out. She was wasted and fell (nothing that doesn't happen every night on the square) trouble is not a single sister helped her out !!! Shows their true sisterhood- zero! I wouldn't want be in a house that wouldn't help a sister anymore than a stranger.
