Frat rankings for freshman who care abt working on wall st and partying from jr in banking

Touse
Beta (prob best academics+partying mix), phi sig (solid social and some smart guys), Fiji (prob best banking pipeline), snu (only bc have most cracked finance guys I’ve met only decent socially), phi delt (great parties some bankers), aepi & zbt (very solid banking/wall st pipelines for obv reasons lol - aepi has great parties imo)

Mid

Theta chi (ox box always fun -could argue up a tier but ik some rlly stupid ppl in this house), SAE (good socially wouldn’t say academics is a focal point), pi kapps (prob best socially bottom academically), sig ep (decent for both), TEP (bad parties but decent academics)

Wouldn’t rush any other houses not on this list if u wanna go to wall st. Feel free to disagree with me in comments. Just trying to help
