To the young girl at Alpha Delta Pi who ordered Chipotle on Door Dash and got the wrong order..

Hi it's me your driver And I admit I made a mistake and switched your order with the other order I had. I apologized when you told me I made a mistake but that wasn't good enough. As I apologized and told you to contact support for a refund you kept ordering me to take the order and switch it but I politely told you I couldn't do that legally and you wouldn't want to eat food after someone else took it inside their house, but you told me "I need my food NOW!" As I apologized again you then decided to throw the bag of Chipotle at me as I stood there. Who taught you this was an acceptable reaction? I'm sorry I made a mistake but I have been doing this gig for 2 yrs and have 7000 deliveries so I'm not new at this and people have bad days and they make mistakes. No matter how you see me or the job I'm doing, I'm a human being and you never know what someone else is going through. Before you graduate and enter the world I hope you learn how to handle yourself better when someone around you makes a mistake. Life doesn't always work your way, in fact, it rarely does but it looks better on you if you're kind and patient instead of angry and entitled. Also I contacted Door Dash and they blocked me from taking future deliveries to you which I'm sure makes you as happy as it does me. They take driver safety seriously so they might block your account permanently and that, I'm sure would be an inconvenience for you. Hopefully the next time someone makes a mistake you will think before you react like you did today by throwing things. It's easy to be kind.
