Predicted PC ranks before bid night (by a pnm)

These are my predicted ranks before bid night based on what a majority of other PNMs put as their first and second choices after pref. This is based ONLY on that. Others may have a different opinion, but to PNMs, this is the popular belief on who will be having the best PCs this year. I’m only going to do the top 8 as well, considering that’s where I’ve interacted with the most girls and have the most knowledge.
Pi Phi, Kappa, DZ, AXO, Zeta, APhi, GPhi, Chi O
Remember this not how the houses stand in general right now, but this most likely where the best PCs will be based on the girls who went through pref. You can disagree now if you want, but this is coming from the inside and the only thing you can to do to assess if it’s accurate is to judge for yourself after bid night which new PC falls where

So you asked every single PNM how they ranked their houses, and they all told you? And you stayed up all night figuring it out and then came on here to tell everyone? You are full of some serious bull$hit. You asked 5 girls and then decided it was popular belief. Please go back to high school.

Not defending this post, but I went thru recruitment last year and it was pretty easy to predict PC ranks as a pnm just by looking at the lines, asking everyone u encounter what their top two were and listening to ur buildings rho gam group rank their top two (bc like over 100 of us do it in the same room). Idk if this is true tho bc I’m not going thru recruitment this year but PNMs r usually good at predicting this when they have been experiencing it all week
