^^ this comment is facts. Doesn’t matter if they still party, being on C&D means they’re hanging by a thread and are no longer a house with solid standing. Kappa off ranks until they’re eventually off probo (or get kicked).

kappa is. kappa is no longer relevant when they get social probation for hazing. kappa needs to not be included in ranks. at this point they're the lowest of the top houses and should be below gphi
