What are the differences between Phi Delt, Phi Sig, SAE, and Acacia.
I want to know cultures, party, academic, and brotherhood wise. I want to rich these frats in the fall and I want to know some of the stereotypes

SAE is allegedly getting in trouble for hazing this fall and their nationals will be monitoring their rush

i would say sae and phi sig are the two best out of the four moving upward wise but phi sig can’t party yet so we’ll see
