Top Houses for GPA are:
ADPi
DZ (though not historically, this seems to be a fluke)
Phi Mu
AOPi
AXO
Theta

Bottom:
XO (RIP)--dummies on many levels apparently
DPhi E
Kappa
Pi Phi

ZTA

The GPA ratings change each semester and you can imagine that there are a lot of factors involved in that. For example, in Spring 2018 DZ had a high GPA, but this seems like a fluke based on trends. However, there are some trends.

The top three academic houses that are pretty much always in the top of GPA rankings are: ADPI, AOPI, and PHI MU

Clearly these houses place a lot of emphasis on their sisters doing well academically.
