why r pnms dropping
by: SoonerDo this many usually drop? Why are girls dropping I feel bad but I think u have to see how this plays out before making that final decision

A lot of these girls are used to being the popular ones from high school and probably always get what they wanted. Now they are on their own and mom and dad can’t fix things. They are going from being top of the food chain in HS to just a regular PNM. They haven’t had to deal with this amount of rejection and facing the fact they are just another number in the madness that is IU rush.
You go to school to get an education and they are getting a great lesson in life. The real world is hard and it gets harder. Things don’t always go your way and you need to figure out how to deal with rejection and making the best with what you have to work with. If you think this is hard, wait until you try to get your first job.
Not trying to be mean but it’s just the reality of rushing at a large school like IU.

XO nationals stepping in saved you major heartache. What if you had pledged XO only to have the chapter shut down before you were initiated? Or worse still, after you were initiated? You'd have no house, no chapter, etc., for the remainder of your college days. Is any sorority worth that? Grow up. Thank your lucky stars this happened before prefs. And throw yourself full force into the sorority you do join.

Do you seriously think that their HQ would stop them in the middle of formal rush over stupid dirty rushing? Are you THAT dense? Criminal charges will be filed and then maybe you girls will take your actions seriously. They ain't playing. The Greek system at IU is being destroyed by both fraternity & sorority behavior.
