Delta Tau Delta - ΔΤΔ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 5.0 If you seriously don't consider Delts as top tier at this point then you are just wrong. Their reputation was molded by kids in the past, but clearly with Alpha Phi as the HC pair next year they are in the right direction!
