Who should take ΘΧ’s place in top?

ΘΧ won’t have a house for a couple months. But due to their socials, pairs, looks, popularity, achievements and rep they’ll always be high ranked.
Top Tier:
ΑΤΩ
ΚΣ
Upper Mid:
ΘΧ - Theta Chi
ΦΔΘ - Phi Delta Theta
ΖΒΤ - Zeta Beta Tau
ΣΑΕ - Sigma Alpha Epsilon
Whoever pairs the best out of ΦΔΘ, ΖΒΤ & ΣΑΕ should take it. When ΘΧ gets their house back , they’ll take their spot back. But if the chapter that keeps that place remains high and keeps good PCs should stay top.
ΦΔΘ is going for ZTA
ZBT is going for ΚΔ
ΣΑΕ is going for ΔΔΔ
Realistically it’ll be ΦΔΘ / ΣΑΕ. ΖΒΤ doesn’t have enough actives.

prob sae. phidelts rep is too bad and looks aren’t consistent enough for top. their carried by past momentum and all those guys are graduating. if we’re being realistic phidelts most recent pcs look like true mids.
