I'm sorry but everyone knows ADPI>KD. Sure KD is hot but thats all they have going for them. ADPI has sisterhood, rep, looks, involvement, house, etc etc. Realistically DDD was only moved down due to suspension but they'll be right back up again after recruitment. I believe they could surpass ZTA if they pair well/have good socials and have a good new PC.

I'd even say move AXD down to true mid since theyre the only srat there to have never paired top but that puts Pi Phi in a weird position as the only upper mid. Although imo there should only be 4 tiers anyway for a school with 12 srats.
