blacklist reputation risk

I’m thinking about joining a sorority. my friends are telling me there are girls on a blacklist because they are reputation risks. what exactly does that mean? doesn’t everyone party?

Most chapters don’t like to take reputation risks. The girls we recruit are a reflection of our chapter. If ppl know you from high school your reputation will likely follow you.
