Can you get a bid as a sophomore?

I’m transferring here in the fall and I’m wondering if I have a chance to join a house as a sophomore. Is there any house where my odds would be higher?

Good houses go PiPhi or Theta. Secretive fall rush because nationals make them.

Tri Delta because they are newer. Phi Mu and Adpi rush all year.
