They basically all hang out with each other/the same people so whichever one you feel more comfortable in during rush

I personally didn't like either while going through rush (i thought the girls all seemed kinda stupid) but i was preffed at kappa and OMG i HATED it and them. the whole time I was there I only talked to two girls I didn't absolutely hate.
