people on this site love to bash. kappa's on the decline, chi o's on the decline, pi phi's on the decline. like please? if the big 3 is slipping, who's replacing them? the fact is all three of these houses are top tier: kappas are smart party girls, pi phis are hot party girls, and chi o's are classy and southern.
