chi o is definitely a top tier at tulane, but honestly the whole "tier" system really doesn't matter here.... these girls are all pretty, and the ones i know are involved in a number of other organizations across campus. they seem well rounded!

chi o did well with their pledge class this year but it's already started to become super cliquey. the girls in it either love it or hate it, so it all depends on who you're friends with in the sorority.
