Full of hot jocks who mix with kappa and piphi almost exclusively. Pledging is rumored to be really tough, but seems to build strong bonds. These guys love each other.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 4.6 Top house. They only mix with the best looking sororities and throw down the most. Typical member is hot and athletic, but there are some really smart people in it too. Their pledging is rumored to be the toughest around but it looks like it makes for a tight brotherhood.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 4.4 This guys are the best frat on campus. They have hot guys who hook up with a ton of girls which gives them a bad ranking but they have been and will remain top house for a while. Most freshmen strive to get sig ep bids. They are also all super close and would do anything for one another. Being a GDI, I am constantly jealous of this frat.

End result is a bunch of douches, jerks, socially awkward guys, tools, etc. Not much of a brotherhood either. Half of them don't even like each other or hang together. Overheard 2-3 of them badmouthing some of their brothers during rush week.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 4.4 Definitely top tier. Some hot guys, some not. They are tied for second for overall hottest guys on campus. Guys are cooler than SAE. Guys are preppy and that's what I like so I like Sig Eps.
