Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 4.0 With these guys, what you see is mostly what you get. They throw pretty good parties and really only mix with kappa and piphi. Seems like they all go to the gym a lot, and give off a douchey rep. Might not be your cup of tea, but definitely top tier if not number 1. Their slip n slide party was unreal
