Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 4.2 There is no question that Sig Eps are THE hottest guys on campus even though they are now an underground frat. At least 90% of them are very good looking. No other fraternity even compares in the looks department.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 3.5 hottest guys are in this frat, most guys in it are douchey jocks, or at least become a douche after they're offered a bid from them. seem to only hang out with their own brothers, so brotherhood seems pretty good. you can find at least 5 sig eps in the Reilly weight room at any time of day. pi phis and kappas love them. id say upper middle or top tier, depends on the day/whether they're suspended or not.
