Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 4.0 I don't really know too much about the phi kapp chapter, although I do know that one phi kapp I ended up going back with had a 8.5 inched in his pants. He was a sweet guy and it was pleasantly surprising.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 5.0 For the record; Phi Kap is not on social probation anymore. Phi Kap is still on campus unlike DTD. Phi Kap does not have a house but they are actively looking for one. They have the funds to pick up a house very quickly. Finally, Phi Kappa Sigma is the oldest active fraternity on campus (not counting the ones that went inactive and got kicked off multiple times).

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 3.4 These guy's don't have a house, are small and don't really have too many parties. At the same time, they are kinda fun to hang out with and are harmless enough. In a year or two though, with a little help from nationals, they might be pretty decent.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 1.2 Pretty tragic - they couldn't recruit well because they were on social probation for Fall semester. In all fairness though, they have been on the decline for a while. If they up their game though, I could see them become a mid or top-tier chapter in 3-5 years.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 1.8 Full of douchebags who think they're WAY cooler than they are. Maybe 5 of these guys are worth your time. The rest could leave Tulane and I doubt that anyone but them would care.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 1.4 Bottom of the bottom tier. Lots of awkward, antisocial guys who didn't have a chance in any other frat. Very under the radar, they basically only exist for their Heaven and Hell party (which, in fairness, is pretty decent).
