828 used to be solid middle two. That was three years and they’re still trying to make up for it. Easily the most forgotten about frat on campus. Also the only reason that they’re in middle because of bottom is because phi kap and Delt can’t get over 29 people at a party

Since they’ve been kicked off for the past few years they’ve had super weird dudes. Used to be a decent frat but now just a 25 person drinking club that throws one or two good parties each year
