Alpha phi recruitment is 99% looks based. The good news is if you have terrible grades you can still get in based on looks. The bad news is you get a lot of superficial girls who compete amongst themselves.

They are the sweetest and prettiest girls. They are always out and being social. Most of my friends are APHIS and they wouldn’t hurt a fly. They are always at frat events and super classy. There are so fun to be around!
