It’s an investment property, they’ll still live there with new ownership. Just like aphi was for sale 2 years ago. Learn to read.

Hi Bouse! Maybe do some research before spreading false info. It’s under a lease, just like Alpha phi, and the new owner will still have them under it. Dw agd will still have the biggest house!
