What are are the best frats

I'm a grade 12 and i'm going to uwo next year was wondering what the real frat ranking is.

Honest frat ranking from someone in one: top rn: zeta (bag), sigs (more bag), DU (probably bag), LXA (bag but pledge class so bad they didn't even post to insta), AEPI (not even IFC recognized), Ksig (no house and hazes in summerville), ZBT (bad rep with girls, pushing bouse, also not IFC), Fiji (worst pledge class and still have accusations), pike? Do we even have to discuss

Which frats have the best rep with girls and do all the IFC frats mix every week? if not which ones mix the most?

Best rep with girls is zeta, DU, LXA, Sigs. All these frats get mixers every week
