These girls are the most genuine women I have ever met! Didn’t have to his who I was during recruitment. They love and care for each girl in their pledge class and every member they have. I wouldn’t hanged my decision if I went back and re did it. These ladies are beyond a blessing and they show their sisterhood and love for all of their girls through everything they do.

They're really nice women! Some of them are a little weird, but they do care about everyone. This sorority is probably the most genuine. They are so nice and I hope they make a comeback with a big pledge class.

Deephers are a little weird. Going through recruitment they were nice but I couldn’t connect to anyone. Winning homecoming was a plus but they do give everyone a bid. They’re a little far out there and don’t seem to switch it up

DPhiE has some really sweet girls but they give a bid to anyone who wants one. This has led to them having a reputation as being weird or bottom tier on campus. I understand that they are all about acceptance but DPhiE is definitely seen as the “weird” ones. If you want a more traditional sorority experience consider joining one of the other 4.

A lot of people talk about DPhiE and sisterhood. And yeah, they have a decent sisterhood if you are in one of the cliques. If you aren’t, you feel completely left out. The reason why they have such a low retention number is because if you aren’t accepted into one of the groups, you feel like a complete outsider who doesn’t belong. They don’t reach out to sisters often even though they talk about doing it. The same 10 or so people are the ones everyone always praises and talks about. It sucks when you join a group looking for friends and a home but the group isn’t very welcoming or homey. This goes for new members and current.
