Hi GDI... I'm really sorry that you had this experience. I encourage you to still go through recruitment and have an open mind. Remember that each chapter has their "bad apples" and try not to judge an entire chapter based on one experience with a couple of individuals; I assure you that there are some really great in ADPi (and in every other organization) that would love the opportunity to get to know you better and make you feel welcome. I'm in another sorority but these girls are great! They know the meaning of a true sisterhood and they are very philanthropic. I'm glad to call a lot of them my friend!

This might sound rude because I DO like the ADPi's I know, but there is some serious self ranking here. No sorority at any school gets a near 90% without some self-help. Most of the ladies in ADPi are very fun, smart, and love being involved here at Austin Peay. However, there are a few who unless you are one of their sisters, you don't exist in their eyes. They're so rude and classless that they really knock the whole organization down a few notches in my eyes, and it's sad.

These girls have really turned me away from sisterhood. They act one way when they are all together promoting their sorority. Then they are totally different when I see them in person outside these events. I really liked them at first and then get the cold shoulder later. If that is what sisterhood is, I want no part of it. I am registered for recruitment but I really don't know if I'll go through thanks to them.
