These are genuinely the cutest people I’ve ever met. Super smart, kind hilarious beautiful and they have the passion and energy to go out. I can’t believe these girls are out here standing on business.

Listen there is a reason everyone drops them or tries to. idk why they are ranked so high. i would say they are smart but they have the worst gpa, even aphi is higher. but the girls are nice and have very little drama compared to other houses.

I don’t get why girls who want a true sorority experience pass on this one. They have a great sisterhood! The girls are smart and they know how to party. It seems to be perfectly balanced.

Phi rho girlies are so nice. So many girls I've met in this house are so friendly and I seem to bump into them everywhere. I'm genuinely so confused where they get a weird reputation because anyone I've asked says the house is nice and fun, and I feel like they get judged just bc they're stem. Could see them on the rise

Phi Rho is mostly viewed to be "all looks and no substance." Although they portray themselves as being a close group of individuals who are motivated to succeed, the actual nature of the members and any genuine connection feels more surface level, especially when considering the cliques that develop. Many members perceive events as repetitive and instead of being an opportunity to develop a close relationship with other members in the organization, they view events as an opportunity for the organization to maintain an image. In addition, the organization does not provide transparency in its leadership; therefore, many members feel as though they are left out of the loop in terms of what is going on with the organization. Finally, the organization does not create a culture of growth, inclusiveness, or development but rather creates a culture where the members compete against one another for the wrong reasons. Overall the organization appears to express that it cares more about status than about being genuine, which makes it difficult for members of the organization to feel like they matter.
