How do snapbids work?

Like who gets preferred, especially if you dropped after the first round? Freshman preferred over sophomores im assuming?

If you dropped after first round you don't have a prayer for a snap bid. Snaps only happen IF a sorority doesn't hit quota during bid matching, and IF that happens they only have a couple and are only going for pnm's who went to pref and SIP'd, or at least went with them through round 3.

“Just a few”? KD gave out like 20+ last year. they haven’t made quota in like a decade.
