Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Texas State University - TXST 3.6 I think these guys are cool, not every guy is great but that's with any fraternity. They are still fairly new and they have a lot of work to do before they can move up, especially in social events. but the brotherhood I have seen from these guys is strong. They know the meaning of what a fraternity is about and actually care about their brothers and are willing to help them.
