Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Texas State University - TXST 1.0 I'm in a sorority that is considered one of the "top" and I can tell you truthfully that these guys have a lot of work to do. If you scroll down this page it's obvious that they have people dedicated to consistently come on this website to self rank themselves and it's hilarious. Bottom of middle tier or top of bottom tier and that's a fact, sorry boys.
