Transferring in Fall as Junior - Sorority Odds?

Transferring to smu in the fall! I will be a junior & was wondering if upperclassman go thru same formal rush process as freshmen? And also what best odds are as incoming junior

There’s no quota for upperclassmen. They mostly take freshmen so it’s super hard to get in as a sophomore or junior. By junior year people are more focused on academics and don’t care about Greek life as much do you can meet people through classes, clubs, and going out! But you can still rush though! I think there could be a few sororities that might take juniors

Zero for a top house maybe ADPI, AXO, or Theta…

AXO and ADPi are high quality chapters and anyone would be lucky to get a bid to either. But they aren't really going to be that interested in a junior. Theta will be building from scratch and actively looking for upperclassmen with maturity, so that's the best option. They won't be participating in formal recruitment this year though, they will have a separate rush process after formal to form their first class.
