Wow, the self-rating here is amazing. Good job Beta, keep up the good work! Beta is under investigation for why so many people dropped in one day. They are known to Xanax their punches at parties. Yes they have a nice house - Lambdas house. But they hardly know each other. One of them introduced himself to another active at a party. Bonus points: their rituals involve a ton of signing.

Definitely top tier and the house to be in. Had the biggest pledge class this year. After the PC class they got last year was so good they were THE house to be in this year. This is the top house in my opinion. We girls love these Betas

Beta has gotten so good here. They throw awesome parties, they just had Cherub and the bar was literally so packed they turned people away. Their past pledge class is so good, they are definitely getting a sick pc this year.

This years pledge class is amazing. So many of these guys chose beta over top tier fraternities and that is making their class all that better. The entire fraternity at large is definitely moving up and will be a top tier mixing with top tiers by next year.

A great group of guys overall. Older ones can be a little creepy but their most recent pledge classes definitely have them on the rise in terms of tier. Sorority relations aren't bad but have room for improvement. Generally the guys you want to bring home to mom.

For anyone that actually goes here, you already know this. And for anyone that is coming here you will soon find out, most of these ratings are comical self-ratings or probably freshman tryin to talk up their new fraternity. I don’t know a single Kappa, Theta, Pi Phi, or even Tri Delt that would say I Love Beta! Best I can say is the guys are nice I guess, but it’s in the name
