Keep in mind I’ve been to all 3 of these houses.
I see a lot of posts now with accacia in 1, Apei in 2, and zbt in 6 now. Instead of just assuming it’s all a bs self rank, let’s look at a few reasons it makes sense.
1. Accacia
•hot pledge class
•best house in Greek life
• socials w t1 sorority
•people literally don’t like accacia because they don’t have Greek letters.
2. AEPI
• some of the best parties in Greek life
•jungle week is the biggest event in geek life.
•Esa is just as hot as a tier 2 sorority.
•main partner lambda is tier 2.
•Last few pledge classes are easily enough for tier 2, seniors are holding them back.
3. ZBT-
• absolutely wicked new house, maybe the best in Greek life
• vastly improving pledge classes.
•new pledge class much better
•parties are actually ok
•definetely on the come up
End of the day rankings needed an update. I’m not saying there are not a lot of self ranks, but it’s not entirely wrong for these frats to move up.

You contradicted yourself when you said Acacia has the best house and then you said ZBT maybe has the best house. Which one is it? (Clearly Acacia) Also, no girl outside of ESA would say that they are as hot as a Tier 2 sorority.
