Say what you want, but all of the high profile/super relevant Sig Ep guys were at crush. When they're not forced to go to mixers, and they actually get to choose who they're hanging with, its clear that PBP and Sig Ep are as close as any two groups. Not supposed to be a dig against Theta, just an observation.

i wish people would stop posting about sigep and pi phi crush and just talk about the actual girls in pi phi. pi phis are some of the sweetest and most fun girls on this campus. their sisterhood is amazing. they embody what it means to be in a sorority. this has been said before, but the others (aside from kappa) operate more like a social club than a real sorority. not saying this is bad, but pi phi fills a space in yale greek life that is much needed. brings yale back down to earth out of the elitist bubble.

Seriously? I hate to even post about this and entertain this whole thing but does no one think it's a little sus how there are two discussion posts questioning how much SigEp likes Theta and APhi, yet miraculously nothing about Pi Phi, AFTER everyone basically shut down their whole fake news campaign about how Pi Phi associates with SigEp (which is false) instead of the frats they actually associate with...?

pi phi crush was on a super busy weekend. they couldn't get olives and oil because of TD screw. and saybrook screw was also going on, plus other stuff. and alchemy is under renovation, as someone mentioned below. so vanity was the best option. it was fine. please calm down.

i don't think pi phi really cares about having an "exclusive" vibe unlike some of the other sororities... they're well-known for being the fun party sorority that just likes to dance and not give a s hit. so the "randos" and townies there during crush really doesn't matter

Elevate and Alchemy is under renovation; that's why none of the sororities could have crush there and Spook'd probably won't be there either. I think not having crush be private was a big mistake... Vanity seems good in theory cause it's huge, brand new, and attracts a lot of celebrity appearances but it was like 3/4 non-Yale people and got very crowded... didn't feel as exclusive. Pi Phi formal last spring was a lot better

Like c'mon if you are doing a crush event make it private...having random Qpac people and others make it less exclusive. Crush at Alchemy is still great because you have a dance floor, the open bar, and you can make it private. I know a certain group of Signu dudes left at like 11/11:30 since it was getting absolutely packed with randos trying to see a DJ.

The below post is ridiculous...crush was AMAZING. Don't let anyone fool you. Everyone in Pi Phi had a blast and their dates did too. Probably the best sorority crush anyone has ever been to at Yale.

why is there a post attacking theta's relationship with sigep and then another post attacking alpha phi's relationship with sigep but not one for pi phi... but these are all posted by GDI's right? right.
